Whispers Baby® Return Policy

We offer a straightforward return policy for all online purchases, subject to the terms outlined below.

ALL ITEMS BOUGHT ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE.

Returns can be dropped off for free -Please send a request via email. Alternatively, request a return online for a shipping label.

Regular Purchases

  • Full Refund: Request a return within 5 days of receiving your item.
  • Store Credit: Request a return within 8 days of receiving your item.

Gift Purchases:

Not satisfied with your gift? Request a return for an online store credit within 16 days. Once your return is received and processed, we will email you a store credit. Please include a packing slip with your contact information so we can locate your order.

Return Guidelines:

  • The package must be shipped out or dropped off within 2 days after the return was approved.  
  • Drop off locations available in Lakewood and Boro Park. Contact us for exact details.
  • Items must be undamaged, unused, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and barcodes attached.
  • A receipt must accompany all returns.
  • Acceptance of returns is at our sole discretion.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Any items purchased on sale (20% off or more) or using a store credit/gift card are final sale.

·        Undershirts, fragrances, and pacifiers are final sale.

 

·        $6.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if you use our provided shipping label.

Exchange Policy:

For size or color changes, please return your original item and place a new order online.
